The Pending Charges Dispute/Review feature is available with WebTMA Enterprise only.
To prepare your WebTMA application and be able to use the Pending Charges Dispute/Review window, your WebTMA System Administrator marks a number of options.
From the Admin > Client Info / Preferences Tab, mark the Enable Pending Charges Dispute check box to allow specified users to review/dispute or resolve billing charges before final posting.
The Pending Charges Review/Dispute URL Type relates to the e-mail notices sent to specified users when the list of charges is ready for review. You have three selections:
The User and Requestor Privileges (Admin > User Management > Records / Privileges Tab) have an option to Allow Dispute. Grant this privilege for the few users or requestors that will have review/dispute privileges. Make certain any Groups to which they are assigned also grant the privilege.
In addition, the User Management window includes a new Managed Resources Tab. On this Tab, you select the departments associated with the User or Requestor regarding reviewing and disputing charges. Until departments are selected on this Tab, no charges are displayed on the Accounting > Post Charges > Pending Charges Review/Dispute window.
If you wish to use iServiceDesk, dispute pages in iSD must be secured by your organization to provide proper usage. If not secured, iServiceDesk has no way of knowing which accounts to present to you for your review.
