Technicians can create a request and submit it at the next sync using Request Records feature.
A technician may notice work that should be performed but is not related to the current work order. Clients may point out needed work while the technician is performing another job. In these cases, the technician can create a request using the Request Records feature. The request goes to the Request Log window in the WebTMA application and goes through regular approval.
