Move Manager Occupant Asset Subtab
Path: File > CAFM > Move Manager / Occupants Tab
Move Manager is exclusive to WebTMA Enterprise when you purchase the CAFM module.
You can elect to move some or all of the assets assigned to a requestor from Admin > User Management > Requestors / Assigned Items Tab.
In Add or Edit mode, specify the items to be moved.
- Click the Occupants Tab.
- Click the Add Occupant link to open the Occupant Entry window.
- Click the Occupant Asset Subtab.
- Click the Add Occupant Item link.
- Select all items that will be moved.
- Click the Save button on the Occupant Entry window.
- Click Save on the WebTMA toolbar.
NOTE: Because an occupant can have assigned assets in other locations, these assets remain assigned to him or her, regardless of whether they are included in a move.
When the move is executed, i.e., the Execute link on the Action Menu is clicked, the following occur:
- the Location ID field on the Requestors / Identity Tab is updated to reflect the Location ID specified on the Occupant Entry window
- the Location ID of moved items is changed on the Requestors / Assigned Items Tab
- a transfer record is created for any moved items and is displayed when you click the Transfer History link on the Requestors window Action Menu
