The File > CAFM > Move Manager window is used to create records related to moving occupants, their assets, and additional items not directly related to occupants.
The Move Manager window is used to organize a complex move, staged for a period of several days, involving many occupants and items. Each item being moved can have a new location. In addition, occupants who are moving can specify a future moving date.
When a move is executed, transfer records create an audit trail on occupants and items that are moved.
Moving items with Move Manager depends on information from the Requestors record. On the Admin > User Management > Requestors / Assigned Items Tab, add items associated with the requestor in order to move the items when you use Move Manager.
