Move Manager Identity Tab

Move Manager is exclusive to WebTMA Enterprise when you purchase the CAFM module.

The Move Manager > Identity Tab is used to establish the following:

• the person in charge of the move (Move Manager)
• the person who authorized the move (Requestor)
• dates relating to the move (Request, Target, and Completion)
• the moving company (Move Vendor)
• billing information

Use the Occupants and Additional Asset Tabs to specify who and what are to be moved.

You can print these records to assist those who carry out the physical move.

Once the physical move takes place, click the Execute link on the Action Menu to update the records in the WebTMA database.
