If your WebTMA administrator checks the Include PO Cost in Project Cost Rollup box (Admin > Client Info / Preferences Tab), an additional Purchase Order Subtab displays on the middle grid of the Project / Costs & Budgeting Tab.
With the Preference enabled, the total actual cost of POs is included in the Costs & Budgeting cost rollups. PO information is also reflected on the read-only Linked POs Tab regardless of whether or not you choose to include the PO cost in project cost rollups.
