How to Add Tasks to New WOs on Pocket PC

Path: Work Order > Records / New

When you create a New work order from mobileTMA, a task is not required. If you want to show a task, include the following steps after you Create a New Work Order.

  1. Tap New Task BtnNewTask submenu option. This option is only available when you create a New WO from mobileTMA.
  2. Select the Task Type.
  3. Select the Task.
  4. Add other information if appropriate. *
  5. Tap Done BtnDonePPC.

* The Trade field is required if you mark the Assign To Self check box. In addition, if your WebTMA Admin > Client Info / Preferences settings include Force a Trade for Each Task, then a Trade is required.
