Technicians can get an electronic signoff from the customer using the mobileTMA Signature Subtab.
When uploaded, the signature file is saved as a linked document. The linked document is attached to the work order with a document name made up of the [work order number][Sign-Off-NNN].jpg, for example PP-3456Sign-Off001.jpg.
