Data Sync Pocket PC with WebTMA Using Cradle

When you tap Start Data Sync, the system compares the user ID assigned in WebTMA to the technician logged in to mobileTMA. Use the following steps:

1. Place the handheld device in the cradle.
2. Launch mobileTMA on the unit.
3. Log in to the application.
4. Tap Other > Download from WebTMA.
5. Tap All or the check boxes you prefer.
6. Tap Done on the menu bar.
7. Tap <<MAIN on the menu bar.
8. Tap Data Sync on the Main menu.
9. Tap Start Data Sync.

The Data Sync window on the handheld device informs you of the actions taking place. A completed transfer is marked by the phrase End Data Sync [time].

If any line entries cannot be transferred, the line entry shows an error message with an explanation of the problem. Errors can also be reviewed from View Error Log.
