Customer Surveys for Projects

WebTMA accommodates Customer Surveys for both Projects and Work Orders. The questions for the survey are created in Organization > Lookups > Customer Survey. Any question with Project checked in the Application Transactions section is eligible for Project customer surveys.

The questionnaires are assembled from the Repair Center window. Go to Organization > Repair Center > Records / Customer Survey Tab and click the Project Subtab.

The Project window Action Menu also includes links for Survey Results as well as Send Survey.
